SUITABILITY
Our clients love the Katryn wooden cottage. This model is a great choice for people who want a summerhouse with two bedrooms. This house has a large, combined kitchen/dining/living-room area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The wooden summerhouse of classic and comfortable design will make a great retreat for you during your holidays.

STANDARD OF QUALITY
The large number of windows creates a cosy, well-lit atmosphere. Even on an overcast and cool summer day it will not be dark in the house. This wooden cottage is constructed from slow-growing northern spruce wood of the highest quality. The refreshing smell of spruce will linger in the cabin for a long time.

CHARACTERISTICS
This wooden cottage has 44 mm thick walls made of double-grooved spruce logs. Its overall height is 4.32 metres, internal area 55 m², roof area 82.87 m². The cottage has one partly glazed single door that opens outward and four internal single doors, fully wooden, that open outward. It also has three single windows that open outward, four double windows that open outward and two small single windows. The windows and doors are double glazed and have a hermetic seal to prevent leakage.

- Light roof construction, suitable for bitumen tiles, etc- if you intent to use other roof covering, please contact us for additional information;
- Log cabin is made from untreated, kiln dried wood;
- This summerhouse does not comply with Building Regs which would be required for use as a residential building.

5 year manufacturer’s warranty on all our buildings. All our buildings are carefully designed and made by our highly qualified and skilled professionals using only the finest materials. This enables us with great confidence to provide a 5 year warranty on all our buildings. Manufacturers warranty covers 5 years warranty for all timber parts-anti rot warranty, 2 years warranty for windows and doors, 1 year warranty for hardware of windows and doors. Delivery and unloading

Fast delivery

Delivery is normally within 4-15 working days for all products in stock. For those products which we don't have in stock, delivery takes between 4-6 weeks. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Delivery to hardly accessible areas

Please inform us if your place is hard to access - we will organize a special delivery solution.

Professional unloading and convenient storage

We will unload the product package in as convenient place for you as possible. All products are packed in sealed packages for storage in conditions of wet or changeable weather conditions.

Secure your order with 30% deposit payment and pay the balance upon delivery.

To place an order you can either choose to pay the whole purchase price in one go or pay a 30% deposit. The payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card via our website or over the phone. After the payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email.

The balance can be paid by credit card or bank transfer before delivery takes place or by credit card upon delivery.
